Temporal consistency assessment

Consistency assessment will be achieved between the three CCI-LC products (derived from the three different “epochs” of 2000, 2005 and 2010). It will compare them, one to one, on a per-class basis to identify discrepancies. These discrepancies will be identified either as land cover change or as temporal instabilities, using the outcomes of the other 3 previous validation steps (Confidence-building procedure, Statistical accuracy assessment, Comparison with other products ).
